Roblox Mitosis Beginner Guide: Split, Sell and Upgrade

With the cell-splitting screen open and AUTO off:

1. Click SPLIT at the bottom center to increase your cell population.
2. Read the × number above SPLIT to check how many cells you have. For example, ×2 means two cells.
3. Wait for the countdown and progress bar to finish, then click SPLIT again to grow the batch.
4. Click SELL, beside SPLIT, when you are ready to turn your accumulated cells into cash.
5. Use the cell left after the sale to begin the next batch.

Selling leaves one cell so you can keep producing. Your next step is to put the cash into an upgrade that helps the next round.

Read an upgrade's current effect, next effect and cash price before buying it. Once you have enough cash, click the corresponding upgrade panel on the right.

Choose your first purchase by what you want to improve:

• Ball Value: raises the sale value per cell. Choose it when you want the cells you already produce to be worth more.
• Split Speed: shortens the split cooldown. Choose it when waiting between splits is slowing you down.
• Capacity: raises the number of cells you can hold. Choose it when you are reaching your population limit and want room for a larger batch.

A lock on SPLIT means its cooldown is running. Watch the countdown above the button; you can split again when it finishes. Repeated clicks will not skip that wait.

SELL can briefly lock while a sale settles. Let the payout finish and the button become available again. A lock icon by itself does not mean you need to fill your entire capacity before selling.

The CHALLENGE button is at the top of the screen. While it is locked, check the progress displayed beneath it and continue your split-and-sell loop. Once it turns green, click it to enter. For the goals, sale-attempt rules and rewards inside, use the challenge and boss guide.

To return to the 3D world:

1. Click the Exit door icon in the lower-left corner of the splitting screen.
2. Wait for the teleport transition to finish. Your character appears on the street in front of a purple portal.
