Read VALUE, TRAITS and Your Best Ball
Open MUTATIONS to check your collection, then inspect YOUR BEST BALL for its recorded composition. Hover over a ball on the playfield to read its own details.
VALUE lists its value mutations.
TRAITS lists the traits attached to it. A ball can carry both categories at once, including multiple entries in each.
PAYS gives the whole ball’s displayed payout multiplier.
1/N is a probability-style label, separate from its cash payout, VALUE multipliers and leaderboard score. Event bonuses can affect the conditions under which these labels appear, so a label seen during an event should not be treated as an unboosted base chance.
For a simple combination, Vampire Toxic pairs the Toxic value mutation with the Vampire trait. See the fusion combinations guide for full compositions and how to read their whole-ball payouts.
Search the Mutation and Trait Index
Search by name or alias and use the category filter to narrow the list. Open More details on an entry for its additional properties and relationships.
Use the ball’s name and tooltip alongside its appearance. Wings and a halo can come from the Little Angel accessory equipped on a ball, including Galaxy, Storm and Queen; those accessories do not identify its mutation.
Splitting creates opportunities to discover mutations. For choosing boosts that fit your collection goal, see mutation luck and discovery bonuses.

Compare Displayed Value Multipliers
In the eight-mutation YOUR BEST BALL preview, the VALUE entries read Yin-Yang ×16, Galaxy ×12 and Frozen ×3. Among those three entries, Yin-Yang has the highest displayed VALUE multiplier, followed by Galaxy, then Frozen.
Use that order when comparing this specific VALUE field. It does not rank discovery difficulty, trait utility or every possible combination. The same ball’s whole-ball PAYS reads ×85.25; multiplying its three VALUE numbers together does not reproduce that payout. Check PAYS when judging an actual fused ball’s displayed return.
Cure Rotten Before the Next Split
A ball with the Rotten warning shows a $0 payout. Treat it before your next split:
Hover over the affected ball and check its Rotten tooltip.
Click the ball before using SPLIT.
Look for CURED! feedback to confirm successful treatment.
Act as soon as you notice the warning. Too Late describes attempting to cure a ball that has already rotted, so clicking is not a guarantee of recovery at every stage. That achievement tracks a late attempt; successful treatment is confirmed by CURED! See the achievement requirements for other collection goals.
Recognize Special Interactions and Collection Goals
Zombie: Auto-Split also splits Zombie balls. If you want to choose when they split, turn AUTO beside SPLIT off and split manually. The Auto-Split guide covers unlocking and using the control.
Molten: Lava Rain favors Molten: its event message says BALLS MUTATE ×1.75 and MOST TURN MOLTEN. Split during its active window when Molten is your goal. See mutation luck choices for boost comparisons and weather events for event behavior and timers.
Jackpot: Obtaining one Jackpot ball is the Lucky Sevens goal. High Roller requires five Jackpot balls in a single sale, so collecting them across separate sales does not meet that condition. Check the achievement index for the other requirements.
Speedy Ball:Minimum Cooldown requires reaching the cooldown floor and names Speedy Ball or the No Wait card as ways to do so. If cooldown is your current bottleneck, see split-speed upgrades and additional cooldown effects.
